She travels to old west and meet this bounty hunter who believes that she is female criminal with a reward in her head. The name is Rosie rotten that is Annie the 20th century girl and Rosie is her great great grandmother. Interesting time I read it and I feel like l am living in that era. • I really like Mrs Riley books this one is a female from Texas bought a abandoned town from the 19th century. The name is Rosie rotten that is Annie the 20th century girl and Rosie is her great great grandmother. Interesting time I read it and I feel like l am living in that era. I recommend this book to readers who loves the old west and like me were raised seeing the Cisco kid, Jessie James and John Wayne I forget bonanza.
  • The writing in this book seemed to fluctuate from corny to interesting, to sappy, to unlikely, to forced, to dragging at times. Some of the characters were a little too unbelievable. As per the historical aspect, it seemed to center on name dropping with a touch of history crammed in here and there which didn't seem to add anything significant to the story.
  • This adventurous, entertaining, and interesting tale of two people and how their lives are intertwined through time along with their family. Never a dull moment with Bounty Hunter Sam and Time Traveler Annie taking on the job of saving Annie's Great, Great Grandmother. What a fun and delightful read.
  • Well written, good plot and different. Not a cookie cutter romance.
The characters made me fall in love with them and their crazy antics.
Good romance without being dark, boring or cheesy. This is not erotica and not a nail-biter, but just a thrilling unusual plot.
    The end left me happy.
  • I love time travel and this book did not disappoint. Annie is my strong woman who is having problems with her restoration plans. A whirlwind attacks her and a man appears. He has a wanted poster with her picture on it and the adventures begin. This story is different from any other time travel novels that I have read and kept me wondering what would be next.
  • I started this book, read some, put it down, then picked it back up a while later....could NOT put it down. It's just that good. Imagine traveling back in time....meeting an ancestor, helping her with her troubles....while meanwhile you meet your forever man...oh my goodness it was just so good! I would love more stories like this, with time travel.
  • What a great story. I simply love Sam he was the best ever . Annie is at times annoying as her adaptation is a modern woman - Sam chases people but he was the one who got caught by love.
  • What fun! Annie rides back in time to the Wild Wild West, Indian lore, and a deadly form of identity theft. He thinks she is a rotten criminal, she thinks he is a hunky cowboy, and why can't he believe her? Will she escape? Will she stay? Will she ever see home again? The answer is blowing in the wind.
