  • I love the simplicity of the recipes. For example – Chicken chili; one would say, why do I need recipes for that – the answer is easy. I simply don't want to think over my evening meal when coming home from work or sit down and calculate the nutritional info. Everything is already here - you just have to follow the instructions accurately and get the meal you want to get. Some of my ketogenic cookbooks are fairly overcomplicated.
